当店の巻き寿司は細巻きを二つに切って提供しています。
太巻きではネタがこぼれたり食べにくい事、
シャリの量が多く一本でお腹がいっぱいになってしまいます。

Our sushi rolls are served thinly cut into two pieces.
With thick rolls, the toppings may spill out and be difficult to eat.
There is a large amount of sushi rice, so one bowl will fill you up.

そこでおやつ感覚でも食べて頂ける細巻きサイズにしています。
また、二つに切っているので2人で来店された場合はお互いの商品をシェアして食べる事も可能です。
粉末醤油を使っている理由としては、液体醤油のようにかけすぎてしまう事で醤油だけの味になってしまったり塩分を取りすぎる事なく、醤油の風味を味わう事ができます。

そこでおやつ感覚でも食べて頂ける細巻きサイズにしています。

シャリの量は通常の細巻きは100g程度あるのですが、当店は70g、
シャリが少ない分ネタを多く入れていますので食べ応え十分です。
また、高級海苔を使用しており、食べた時に口の中で溶けるので、
女性が気にする歯につくような事もほとんどありません。

作り置きの巻き寿司とは違って、作り立ての「パリッと」口の中で弾けた後に溶ける感覚をぜひ味わって欲しいです。
